Choose the character height for the available panel

The 2-inch Compact ID fits tighter fenders and smaller smooth plastic panels, with a standard maximum layout box of about 12 inches wide by 3 inches high per decal. The 3-inch Standard ID is the general-purpose choice for many ATV side panels, with a box up to about 16 inches wide by 4 inches high. The 4-inch Large Visibility option supports larger machines, farm units and camp fleets, with a standard box up to about 22 inches wide by 5 inches high.

Character count and font shape determine final width. The live proof uses the full bounding box, not character height alone, so a wide number cannot be priced or approved as if it were a short mark. For text over 16 characters, we hold the job so a real person can check the fit before printing.

Match the finish to the machine colour and visibility need

• Black Vinyl — a high-contrast daylight choice for white, yellow, light grey and other light panels.
• White Vinyl — a clean daylight choice for black, blue, green and other dark panels.
• Reflective White — returns light toward its source and can improve conspicuity when illuminated; it does not make the machine visible in every condition.
• Reflective White + Black Outline — combines the reflective face with a dark edge for stronger visual separation on many panel colours.
• Final adhesion depends on a clean, dry, smooth and suitable surface. Avoid mud, oil, wax, deep texture, rubber, heat, sharp compound curves and flexible locations.

Choose a pair or a multi-machine pack

A Pair Set contains two matching decals for one ATV or ORV. The 2 Machine Pack contains four decals, the 5 Machine Pack contains ten, and the 10 Machine Pack contains twenty. Multi-machine orders can repeat one number or carry a supplied list within the purchased count.

For a multi-machine pack, enter one exact number per line. If the order includes more than ten different numbers, mixed sizes or finishes, unsupported artwork, or a count outside the listed packs, a real person reviews the production plan before printing.

Approve the live proof for standard typed work

2. Enter the exact number, such as the neutral sample 2AB34, plus machine colour, placement and required instructions.
3. Check that the proof shows your text, selected options and live CAD price.
4. Approve a standard typed layout on the page and continue to checkout.

What the custom decal does and does not do

This product supplies custom outdoor number decals for machine identification, trail or property identification, farm and camp unit numbers, club fleets and supplemental number visibility. It reproduces buyer-supplied text; it does not assign a number or validate whether a submitted number belongs to a vehicle.

Ontario's public ORV guidance describes separate duties for registration, licence-plate display except in identified exempt areas, and insurance. The Off-Road Vehicles Act also addresses permit and number-plate duties. Those official items remain separate from this custom decal order, and the buyer is responsible for checking current requirements and exemptions for the machine and location.

Prepare the surface before installation

• Test the chosen panel for smoothness, cleanliness and usable flat area before ordering.
• Wash away trail soil, then remove wax, oil and residue with a surface-safe preparation method and allow the panel to dry fully.
• Position the complete left and right set before application so both sides use the intended height and alignment.
• Use firm, even pressure across the full decal and follow the application instructions supplied with the order.
• Allow adhesive to establish before washing or exposing the panel to demanding trail conditions.

Every standard typed order follows the selected options and approved proof through checkout. Changing the number, machine colour, placement, font choice or purchased option changes the proof so production receives the approved configuration rather than detached notes.
