Product details

Replace faded or inconsistent boat labels with one custom, proof-controlled kit for helm switches, safety systems, service points and marina fleets. Choose the live Kit Type, Finish and Boat or Fleet Pack, then provide the exact wording and vessel details needed for production.

Choose the kit that matches the job

The Basic Safety Label Kit covers a focused refresh around battery, bilge, fire-extinguisher, drain-plug and fuel-shutoff locations. The Switch Panel Label Kit is designed for helm and dashboard controls such as navigation lights, anchor light, blower, horn, courtesy lights, livewell pump and auxiliary functions.

The Fuel / Bilge / Drain Plug Kit concentrates on critical service points. The Full Boat Service Label Kit combines helm, safety and maintenance labelling for a broader refit. The Marina / Rental Fleet Label Pack supports repeated wording, vessel identifiers and operating labels across managed boats.

Choose the finish for the surface and use

  • Standard Marine Vinyl — a practical choice for everyday labelling on suitable clean, dry and smooth panels.
  • Spray-Protected Marine Vinyl — a protected-face option for wet, frequently handled or service-area labels.
  • Clear Overlay Labels — a low-profile option for clean dashboard and switch-panel layouts.
  • Reflective White — a visibility treatment for selected emergency, service and low-light locations.
  • Finish selection does not replace a surface check. Oily, waxed, rough, soft-rubber, submerged, high-heat or heavily textured areas may need a different solution.

Choose one boat or a managed fleet pack

  • One Boat Kit — one defined vessel refresh.
  • 2 Boat Pack — paired boats or a small service job.
  • 5 Boat Pack — marina, dealer, service-shop or rental-fleet work.
  • 10 Boat Marina Pack — a larger controlled run with repeated or vessel-specific wording.
  • For 25 or more boats, recurring programs, custom icon libraries or multi-model fleets, use the quote path so the production plan and repeat data can be confirmed before payment.

Send production-ready wording

Enter the boat type, surface colour, exact label wording and any spelling, colour or placement instructions. Keep each requested label on a separate line when possible. Optional switch-panel and old-label photos help clarify the arrangement, but the customer remains responsible for measurements, access and the final approved wording.

Tell us whether icons, sequential vessel labels, marina or rental branding, or reflective emergency labels are needed. Pack and kit selections are also saved with the order so the proof can be checked against the purchased configuration.

Proof approval controls production

  1. Select Kit Type, Finish and Boat or Fleet Pack from the live product options.
  2. Complete the required custom intake and add any useful panel or old-label photos.
  3. Continue to checkout with the selected variant and intake saved with your order.
  4. Review the proof for wording, spelling, icon choice, finish, label count, approximate sizes and layout.
  5. Approve the proof before production begins, then apply the finished labels to the confirmed clean, dry and suitable surfaces.

What the kit is designed to identify

  • Helm controls including navigation lights, anchor light, blower, horn, courtesy lights, livewell pump, washdown and auxiliary circuits.
  • Safety and emergency points including fire extinguisher, emergency shutoff, battery switch and selected reflective-location labels.
  • Fuel, bilge and maintenance points including fuel shutoff, bilge pump, drain plug, fresh water, waste, shore power and winterized status.
  • Fleet operations including vessel IDs, service contacts, return or check-in wording and repeat marina or rental labels.

Made to order in Canada with a controlled proof workflow

Each custom kit follows the same intake-to-proof workflow. The live proof records the selected option and exact buyer instructions before production release.

No safety certification, inspection approval or marking assurance is included. This page sells custom labels and a proof process, while the owner or operator controls the vessel requirements and final use.
