Choose a self-serve package within the production boundary

The live 12 x 18 inch and 18 x 24 inch single-label packages cover one approved customer content set. The pair of 18 x 24 inch labels repeats one approved layout where matching labels are needed. Two-tank packages support two defined tanks in either the 12 x 18 inch or 18 x 24 inch format and keep both customer-supplied content sets in one controlled order.

The selected Shopify package records the purchased size and coverage. The required intake separately records the label size confirmation, quantity, tank identifier, surface and environment so production can compare the proof with the order.

Upload the approved content used for the proof

An approved SDS or employer-approved hazard-communication source is required. Enter the chemical or product identifier and the tank or process identifier exactly as they should be associated with the supplied content. List only pictograms, a signal word and other content that appear in the source approved by the employer.

Compliance Lettering reproduces supplied content and arranges it into the purchased label format. The service does not classify the chemical, select hazard pictograms, create a signal word, write hazard statements or decide which precautionary statements the workplace requires.

Record the tank surface and service environment

• Identify the tank surface or material, such as painted steel, stainless steel or polyethylene.
• Choose indoor, outdoor, washdown or chemical-exposure service, or select not sure for manual review.
• Provide the expected application temperature range when known; enter not known when it must be reviewed.
• Upload a tank photo when curvature, seams, corrosion, coating condition or limited placement space may affect fit.
• Do not treat a proof as a material-compatibility test for an or contaminated surface.

24 x 36 inch work remains review and quote only

The 24 x 36 inch single and two-tank 24 x 36 inch packages are not normal self-serve variants. The supplied production boundary keeps them in review until a larger confirmed production path or an approved outsource workflow is available. A customer may select the 24 x 36 review response in the intake, but that response is not a promise that the live self-serve package covers the larger format.

Missing SDS content, a request to classify the chemical, unclear outdoor exposure, aggressive washdown, unusual chemical exposure or a surface that requires a different material also moves the job to human review before price and production are confirmed.

Proof control for health-and-safety review

1. Choose the live 12 x 18 inch, 18 x 24 inch, pair or two-tank package.
2. Upload the approved SDS or employer-approved source and complete every required tank, content and environment field.
3. Provide the health-and-safety proof email, company or payment contact and required date.
4. Continue through Shopify checkout with the source upload, intake, customer email, proof status and intake hash saved to the order.
5. Have the authorized workplace contact compare the proof with the supplied source and approve the exact content and layout before production.

What production checks against the order

The production receipt should show the purchased package, label size response, order quantity, chemical or product identifier, tank or process identifier, tank surface, environment, expected application temperature, supplied pictograms, supplied signal word, source confirmation, proof contact and classification-responsibility acknowledgement.

The uploaded source remains the controlling content reference. If an intake answer conflicts with the source, if pages are missing, or if the proof contact requests a classification decision, the job stays on hold for clarification rather than allowing production to infer the missing hazard information.

Employer-controlled WHMIS scope

This listing is a custom printing and proof service for customer-supplied workplace hazard content. It is not a chemical-classification service, SDS authoring service, workplace assessment, worker-training program or approval by a regulator.

The employer remains responsible for the workplace hazard-communication program, the approved content source, chemical classification, worker education, label maintenance, placement and replacement. The authorized customer contact approves the final proof and confirms that the printed content matches the employer-controlled source.

Bulk and storage-tank workplace labelling is addressed under R.R.O. 1990, Regulation 860 (WHMIS), Section 12, which covers labels and placards for piped or bulk-storage systems.
