Drone Fleet Compliance
Audit — $199
We review your entire drone operation: registration status, marking compliance, pilot certificates, SOPs, insurance, and battery management. You get a written report with every gap identified and a prioritised fix list.
How It Works
You send us your fleet details
Drone models, registration numbers, pilot names, current SOPs (if any), and insurance info. We send you a simple intake form.
We audit everything
We check every drone's registration status, review your marking photos, verify pilot certifications, and review your operational documentation against current Transport Canada guidance.
You get a written report
A clear, prioritised report showing what's compliant (✅), what needs fixing (⚠️), and what's a penalty risk (❌). No legal jargon — just a fix list you can act on.
We fix what we can
Replacement labels, missing decals, SOP templates — if the fix is something we produce, we quote it on the spot. Your report becomes your order.

The Cost of Not Knowing
$5,000
Fine per offence — recreational operators
$25,000
Fine per offence — commercial operators
One drone with a faded label. One pilot with an expired cert. One missing SOP. Each is a separate offence. A $199 audit is cheaper than one fine.

Audit FAQ
Do I need to send you my drones?
No. We work from photos, registration numbers, and documentation. You send us photos of each drone showing the current marking, and we review remotely.
How long does the audit take?
We deliver the written report within 48 hours of receiving your fleet details.
What if everything is already compliant?
Then you get a clean report you can show to clients, insurance companies, or Transport Canada if asked. That's worth $199 in peace of mind.
Can you also fix the issues you find?
Yes. Replacement labels, missing decals, SOP templates — if the fix is something we produce, we quote it immediately. Most operators fix everything in the same order.
Is this a legal opinion?
No. This is a practical compliance review based on current Transport Canada guidance. We are not lawyers and this is not legal advice. For legal questions, consult an aviation lawyer.
