Order one verified TDG placard specification in the quantity needed for one, five, or ten vehicles. Each vehicle set contains four matching square-on-point placards: one for each side and each end when that display pattern applies. What each fleet pack includes

• 1 Vehicle: 4 matching placards.

Every placard has four edges at least 250 mm long, with the required inset line where applicable. The pack repeats one primary-class mark configuration across every selected vehicle. A production proof is included.

Choose the mark from your current transport documents

The intake asks for the mark configuration, primary class, regulated shipping name, display location, and proof contact. If the selected mark needs a UN number, enter the four digits shown in the current documentation. For this offer, the number is placed in the white rectangle on the matching class placard without the UN prefix.

Classification is not included. The consignor and carrier remain responsible for identifying the dangerous goods, determining which marks are required, and changing or removing marks when the load changes. Selecting "Not sure" holds the order for proof review; it does not transfer the classification decision to us.

When this fixed fleet pack fits

• All vehicles need the same primary-class placard.
• All vehicles use the same numbered or unnumbered configuration.
• The order needs four matching adhesive placards per vehicle.

Use the quote route for mixed classes, different UN numbers by vehicle, subsidiary placards, orange UN panels, compartment schedules, rigid placard holders, Class 1 or Class 7 review, or more than one specification in the same fleet.

What the federal rules say

Transportation of Dangerous Goods Regulations section 4.15 requires the primary-class placard on each side and each end of a large means of containment, subject to the specific rules and exceptions in Part 4. Section 4.7 sets the normal placard edge at least 250 mm and the inset line at 12.5 mm. Sections 4.8 and 4.15.2 govern when and how a UN number is displayed; when printed inside the placard, the black numerals are at least 65 mm high and appear without the UN prefix.

A DANGER placard is not a universal fleet shortcut. Section 4.16 permits it only in defined mixed-load circumstances and excludes specified goods and situations. Federal guidance also warns that displaying the wrong mark, or a mark when the danger is no longer present, can be misleading.

Complete the production intake

1. Select the number of vehicles.
2. Choose the mark configuration shown by the current shipping document or TDG adviser.
3. Select the primary class and enter the regulated shipping name.
4. Enter the four-digit UN number only when the selected placard requires it.
5. Confirm the same specification applies to every vehicle in the pack.
6. Approve the production proof before printing.
