A custom supplementary marker, not an Ontario prescribed sign
This product is a customizable supplementary site marker for lawn-care, vegetation-management, pest-control and property-maintenance work. It is not represented as Ontario prescribed Sign A, B, C, D, E, F or G, and ordering it does not determine which notice may be required for a particular pesticide, activity or location.
Before relying on any sign, confirm the applicable format, dimensions, content, placement and timing against the current Ontario source material for the specific work. The required confirmation beside the order form keeps this scope attached to the order.
Built as a consistent crew system
Each panel uses 4 mm white corrugated plastic in a 12 × 18-inch vertical format. Full-colour printed vinyl is applied to both faces, the corners remain square and the flutes run vertically so a compatible ground stake can be inserted correctly.
The standard finish is an unlaminated outdoor print. Stakes are included only in choices that explicitly say they include stakes. Scene props shown in the sales images, including markers, clipboards, gloves or application equipment, are not included unless the selected choice expressly lists them.
- Single Panel — one replacement or supplementary panel with no stake.
- Single Sign + Stake — one double-sided panel with one compatible ground stake.
- Five- and ten-sign crew packs — matching panels and a stake for each panel.
- Twenty-five- and fifty-sign fleet packs — larger coordinated runs for multi-crew operations.
Choose the quantity that matches your operation
The ten-sign crew kit is the default ordering choice because it gives a working contractor enough matching markers to equip several active jobs without committing to a fleet run. The quantity is a purchasing choice only; it is not a calculation of how many signs a site or regulation requires.
Choose the single panel when replacing a damaged panel or preparing one supplementary marker. Choose a complete pack when every panel needs its own stake. For unusually large programs, mixed artwork or recurring replenishment, contact us before ordering so packing and repeat-art requirements can be confirmed.
Personalization included with the selected pack
Company name and telephone number are required so the proof can show the supplied contractor identity. A company logo may be uploaded for placement in the permitted branding area, and optional applicator wording or production notes can be added where they help explain the intended layout.
Blank job fields can provide space for company, applicator, date and time information. We do not promise repeat use, erasability or wipe-clean performance because suitability depends on the exact marker, printed surface, field conditions and cleaning method.
- Company name and telephone-number imprint.
- Optional company logo placement.
- One combined digital proof.
- One reasonable proof revision.
- Saved artwork reference for a simpler repeat order.
The proof controls what is manufactured
The five product images are merchandising views that show the intended product context. They are not print-ready artwork and are not a substitute for an official Ontario Sign A–G illustration. Clean vector production artwork with correctly typeset text and spacing is prepared before any panel is manufactured.
- Select the crew quantity and complete the required company and telephone fields.
- Confirm that the order is for a supplementary marker and that you will check whether a prescribed Ontario notice is required.
- Upload an optional logo and add any applicator wording or production instructions.
- Continue to checkout with the selected quantity and submitted details attached to the order.
- Review the clean production proof for wording, spacing, logo placement, blank fields and pack contents.
- Approve the proof before manufacturing begins.
Check the official Ontario source for prescribed notices
Ontario publishes separate sample warning and notice illustrations for pesticide use. The applicable sign can depend on the activity, application area, pesticide condition, operator details and other facts. Use the Ontario sample-sign page, the linked illustrated-sign PDF and the current text of Ontario Regulation 63/09 when deciding whether a prescribed notice is required.
A request for an exact prescribed Sign A–G must follow a separate proofed workflow using the applicable official face and physical specification. Do not use this customizable supplementary marker to alter, imitate or replace required prescribed content.

Production and packing details
Single through ten-sign quantities are prepared as double-sided printed-vinyl panels. Larger quantities may be produced by direct double-sided printing when that route provides a better landed result while preserving the approved artwork, 12 × 18-inch size, 4 mm white corrugated plastic, vertical flutes and square corners.
Panels are packed flat with their corners protected. Stakes are packed so they do not scratch the printed faces. Shipping is calculated separately at checkout because destination, remote-area charges and parcel size vary.

Important scope
This product is a custom supplementary site marker, not an official government sign, licence, permit, certification or inspection result. Questions buyers ask
Is this an official Ontario pesticide notice sign?
No. This is a customizable supplementary site marker and is not represented as Ontario prescribed Sign A, B, C, D, E, F or G. Confirm the applicable requirement for the specific work before ordering or relying on a sign.
Can my company name and telephone number be printed on it?
Yes. Company identification is included, and a logo can be uploaded for placement during proofing.
Are stakes included?
Only choices that state + Stakes include stakes. The Single Panel choice contains the panel only.
Is the sign double-sided?
Yes. The approved sign design is produced on both faces unless another arrangement is agreed during proofing.
Can the panel be used again?
A panel may be used again when it remains readable and suitable for the work. We do not promise that marker writing will erase because that depends on the exact marker, surface and field conditions.
How many signs do I need?
The pack quantity is a purchasing quantity, not a regulatory calculation. Required posting quantity and placement depend on the specific site and applicable rules.
Can I order an Ontario Sign A, B, C, D, E, F or G from this page?
No. Prescribed-sign requests require a separate proofed workflow using the exact applicable illustration and physical specification.
