Choose a label size that fits the full exterior area

Small is 2 by 0.5 inches for compact shell or arm areas. Medium is 3 by 0.75 inches and is the default general-purpose size. Large is 4 by 1 inch for larger aircraft, cases and wider exterior areas.

Measure the full bounding box before ordering. The live proof keeps the complete number inside the selected label area so a long registration number is not treated as height alone.

Choose contrast first, then the finish

• Black on White and White on Black provide clear high-contrast everyday options.
• Black on Clear and White on Clear reduce the visible background while preserving readable number contrast on a suitable shell colour.
• Reflective Silver with Black Print returns light toward its source; visibility still depends on lighting and viewing conditions.
• Adhesion depends on a clean, dry, smooth and suitable surface. Keep labels clear of sensors, vents, serial plates and removable battery parts.

The Standard Set contains four matching labels, the Replacement Set contains two, and the Fleet / Spare Pack contains twelve. One deterministic number can repeat across the purchased pack.

Customer-supplied number and requirement boundary

This product displays the Transport Canada RPAS registration number already supplied by the customer. It does not issue a registration number, register an aircraft, certify a placement or confirm an operating authorization.

The customer verifies the exact number, current Transport Canada requirements, aircraft eligibility, placement, contrast and final use before applying the labels.

Prepare the drone surface

• Choose a smooth exterior area that remains with the aircraft and does not interfere with operation.
• Remove dust, oil and residue with a surface-safe preparation method, then allow the area to dry fully.
• Position the complete label before application and press it evenly onto the suitable surface.
• Do not cover sensors, vents, lights, serial plates, moving joints or removable battery components.
