Product details

Custom business and fleet lettering sized for delivery vans, cargo vans, cube vans and box trucks. Choose the exact content, maximum coverage width and finish before checkout. Then enter the vehicle and wording details needed for a production-ready proof.

Choose the lettering content

  • Business Name Only: one exact business or owner name.
  • Name + Contact Line: business name plus a phone number, website, or both on one line.
  • Name + Fleet Unit Number: business name plus one vehicle unit ID.
  • Name + Optional operator certificate Reference: business or owner name plus a customer-supplied operator certificate reference.
  • Full Business Details: business name, phone, website and service line or area.
  • cross-border carrier / MC Cross-Border IDs: customer-supplied FMCSA-listed carrier name and cross-border carrier number, with an optional MC reference.

Exact coverage limits

  • Front Door Pair: matched lettering up to 24 inches wide on each selected front-door area.
  • Side Panel Pair: matched lettering up to 36 inches wide on each selected side-panel area.
  • Rear Door Set: lettering up to 24 inches wide on each selected rear-door area.
  • Full Vehicle: up to 24 inches wide on front and rear areas plus up to 36 inches wide on side areas.

Final lettering height is proportional to the approved wording and the usable width and height you submit. Measure inside handles, seams, mouldings, windows and damaged areas. Full wraps, installation, complex multicolour logos, difficult contours and larger panels require a separate quote.

Ontario and cross-border marking boundary

Ontario Highway Traffic Act section 103(1) generally requires a commercial motor vehicle to show the owner's name on both sides in a clearly visible position, subject to regulatory vehicle-class exemptions. Section 16 separately addresses operator certificate scope and the documents carried in an in-scope vehicle.

The reviewed general Ontario provisions do not state a blanket requirement to print a operator certificate number on the exterior and do not prescribe a reflective finish for this product. The operator certificate option is therefore customer-supplied fleet-reference text, not a registration or certificate service.

For an in-scope US interstate carrier, FMCSA guidance identifies the operating carrier's legal or single trade name and cross-border carrier number as vehicle markings. Submit the exact current record text. This product reproduces the supplied wording; it does not issue, renew or validate operating authority.

Complete the measured intake before payment

  1. Select the content, finish and coverage buttons.
  2. Enter the exact business or carrier name and only the details requested for that content package.
  3. Choose the vehicle type and enter the year, make, model and vehicle colour.
  4. Measure the usable flat width and height for every selected area.
  5. Choose a high-contrast lettering colour and upload optional reference photos.
  6. Confirm the measured fit and enter the proof contact email.

Your paid order carries the selected variant and intake details into one production proof. Proof approval confirms spelling, layout, colour and measured fit; it does not certify the vehicle or determine which laws apply to a particular operation.

Questions buyers ask

What dimensions are included in each coverage option?

Front Door Pair and Rear Door Set fit lettering up to 24 inches wide per selected area. Side Panel Pair fits up to 36 inches wide per side. Full Vehicle includes up to 24 inches on front and rear areas and up to 36 inches on side areas. Final height is proportional to the approved wording and measured panel.

Does every delivery van or box truck need a CVOR number outside?

No blanket exterior CVOR-number rule appears in the reviewed general Ontario provisions. CVOR scope and certificate carriage are separate from the owner-name marking rule. Add a CVOR reference only when it belongs in your own fleet-identification plan.

What text is included in the business lettering packages?

Choose business name only, name with one contact line, name with a fleet unit number, name with an optional CVOR reference, full business details, or customer-supplied US carrier identifiers. The selected package controls which intake fields appear.

What should a US interstate carrier submit?

Submit the exact legal or single trade name shown in the current FMCSA record and the customer-supplied USDOT number. The product reproduces supplied text and does not issue or validate operating authority.

Is the reflective finish required in the cited use case?

The reviewed general Ontario provisions do not prescribe reflective business lettering. Reflective Upgrade is an optional visibility finish; readable contrast and the applicable authority or project specification control the final choice.

Can I order a wrap, installation, or complex logo through this product?

No. This standardized offer covers cut lettering on measured, usable flat areas. Full wraps, on-site installation, complex multicolour logos, difficult contours, or panels beyond the listed coverage limits require a separate quote.
